Method for release of organic materials from shale oil and like solid substances, by treating shale oil powder in a liquid medium, with vortical movements, wave movements, acoustic turbulent streams, or combinations thereof. The treatment causes foaming of the liquid medium followed by separation of the foam from the liquid medium, whereby the foam is enriched with organic materials released from the shale oil powder. The foam can be placed in a liquid organic solvent and treated with vortical movements, wave movements, acoustic turbulent streams, or combinations thereof. The treatment causes the extraction of hydrocarbons into the solvent, and the inorganic shale material to precipitate. The remaining inorganic sold material can be utilized in the manufacture of construction materials. The obtained solution of the extracted hydrocarbons into the solvent represents a synthetic fuel, which could be used after slight reforming as motor fuel, jet fuel, or the like.
L'invention concerne un procédé de libération de matériaux organiques à partir d'huile de schiste et de substances solides analogues, par traitement d'une poudre d'huile de schiste dans un milieu liquide, avec des mouvements tourbillonnaires, des mouvements de vagues, des courants acoustiques turbulents ou leurs combinaisons. Le traitement entraîne le moussage du milieu liquide, suivi de la séparation de la mousse du milieu liquide, la mousse étant enrichie avec les matériaux organiques libérés de la poudre d'huile de schiste. La mousse peut être placée dans un solvant organique liquide et traitée avec des mouvements tourbillonnaires, des mouvements de vagues, des courants acoustiques turbulents ou leurs combinaisons. Le traitement entraîne l'extraction des hydrocarbures dans le solvant et la précipitation du matériau inorganique de schiste . Le matériau inorganique solide restant peut être utilisé pour la fabrication de matériaux de construction. La solution obtenue des hydrocarbures extraits dans le solvant constitue un combustible synthétique, qui peut être utilisé après un léger reformage comme carburant auto, carburéacteur ou analogue.
