The invention concerns a method for screening anticancer substances including the following steps: a) obtaining a culture of tumoral cells not expressing E-cadherin on their cell membrane; b) contacting the cells obtained at step a) with a candidate substance or a combination of candidate substances; c) detecting, in the culture of cells obtained at the end of step b), the presence of E-cadherin at the cell surface; d) positively selecting the candidate substance or combination of candidate substances when E-cadherin has been detected at step c).
Procédé pour le criblage de substances anti-cancéreuses comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) obtenir une culture de cellules tumorales n'exprimant pas la E- cadhérine sur leur membrane cellulaire ; b) mettre en contact les cellules obtenues à l'étape a) avec une substance ou une combinaison de substances candidate(s) ; c) détecter, dans la culture de cellules obtenue à la fin de l'étape b), la présence de E-cadhérine à la surface cellulaire ; d) sélectionner positivement la substance ou la combinaison de substances candidate(s) lorsque la E-cadhérine a été détectée à l'étape c).
