A cargo-platform includes a plurality of laterally extending and longitudinally spaced--apart cross members, a plurality of longitudinally extending decking members supported on the cross members and forming said cargo-platform, and fasteners securing the deck members to the cross members. Said cross members comprise pre-fabricated (pre--punched) cross-member-holes extending the longitudinal length of the cross members. Fasteners are applied through said cross-member-holes and anchoring in said deck members.
