A method comprising a step (4) of calibrating an antenna base, followed by a step (5) of setting receive chains for each channel, wherein a first predetermined setting signal is synchronously transmitted over each receive chain, and an equalisation filter is computed for reversing the transfer functions for each receive chain; a step (6) of setting transmit chains for each channel, wherein a second predetermined setting signal is synchronously transmitted over each transmit chain, a portion of the transmit signal is taken from each channel prior to transmission to the antenna base and fed back into the receive chains, and an equalisation filter is computed for reversing the transfer functions for each transmit chain; and a step (7) of receiving signals from the antenna base via the equalisation filters previously computed for the receive chains, or transmitting signals from a multichannel transmitting/receiving device via the equalisation filters previously computed for the transmit chains. The method is useful for communication between mobile stations and a base station, in particular using a space division multiple access technique.
L'invention consiste après une étape (4) de calibration de la base d'antennes: dans une étape (5) de tarage des chaînes de réception relatives à chaque voie, à distribuer un premier signal de tarage déterminé, de manière synchrone sur chacune des chaînes de réception, à calculer un filtre d'égalisation inversant les fonctions de transfert relatives à chaque chaîne de réception; dans une étape (6) de tarage des chaînes d'émission relatives à chaque voie, à distribuer un deuxième signal de tarage déterminé, de manière synchrone sur chacune des chaînes d'émission, à prélever dans chacune des voies une partie du signal d'émission avant sa transmission à la base d'antennes pour le réinjecter dans les chaînes de réception, et à calculer un filtre d'égalisation inversant les fonctions de transfert relatives à chaque chaîne d'émission; à effectuer (7) la réception des signaux en provenance de la base d'antennes à travers les filtres d'égalisation précédemment calculés pour les chaînes de réception, ou l'émission des signaux en provenance du dispositif d'émission/réception multivoie à travers les filtres d'égalisation précédemment calculés pour les chaînes d'émission. Applications: communication entre mobiles et une station de base utilisant notamment une technique AMRS.
