The present invention relates to a method of forming complex structures from aluminum alloys, particularly from naturally hard AlMg alloys, naturally hard AlMgSc alloys and/or age-hardenable AlMgLi alloys. It is an object of the invention to provide such a method by means of which, in a simple manner, that is, by means of as few process steps as possible, complex structures can be formed from the alloys according to the invention such that they almost assume their final shape without any significant spring-back. Simultaneously, the loss of material is to be kept as low as possible. According to the invention, this is achieved by means of the following steps: Elastic forming of a component (1) to be formed into a defined contour (2a) under the effect of external force (F,P, p); and heating-up of the elastically formed component (1) to a temperature (Ti) higher than the temperature required for a creep formation and relaxation of tensions of the alloy, so that the component (1) is formed while retaining the contour (2a).

Procédé de formage de structures complexes en alliages d'aluminium, en particulier en alliages AlMg naturellement durs, AlMgSc naturellement durs, et / ou AlMgLi durcissables. L'objet de la présente invention est la mise au point d'un procédé permettant de conférer une forme, de manière simple, c'est-à-dire avec un nombre minimal d'étapes de processus, à des structures complexes constituées des alliages selon la présente invention, de sorte que ces structures prennent pratiquement leur forme définitive sans retour élastique significatif. Parallèlement, la perte de matière doit en outre être maintenue aussi minime que possible. A cet effet, le procédé selon la présente invention comporte les étapes suivantes : formage élastique d'une pièce (1) à déformer placée dans un élément à profil (2a) prédéterminé, sous l'action de forces externes (F, P, p); et chauffe de la pièce élastiquement déformée à une température (T1) supérieure à une température nécessaire pour une déformation de fluage et une relaxation en contrainte de l'alliage si bien que la pièce (1) prend la forme du profil (2a) et conserve ladite forme.
