A method is provided for more accurately calculating the concentration of analytes or components in test samples. The method includes the use of an algorithm for analysis and selection of sets of signal measurements from a spectrophotometer. Sets of signal measurements are selected to avoid inhomogeneities, i.e. air bubbles, artifacts and dilution, in test samples being analyzed. The method has application to the spectroscopic determination of the concentration of hemoglobin derivatives or fractions in a blood sample.

Procédé permettant de calculer de façon plus précise la concentration en échantillons ou en composants d'analyses dans les échantillons d'essai. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser un algorithme pour l'analyse et la sélection d'ensembles de mesures de signaux provenant d'un spectrophotomètre. Les ensembles de mesure de signaux sont sélectionnés de façon à éviter les défauts d'homogénéité, dus par exemple aux bulles d'air, aux artéfacts et à la dilution, dans les échantillons d'essai soumis à l'analyse. Le procédé trouve une application dans la détermination par spectroscopie de la concentration en dérivés ou en fractions d'hémoglobine dans un prélèvement sanguin.
