The invention relates to the splitting by preferable crystallisation of potassium salts of omeprazole racemic solvate of ethanol and/or ethyleneglycol, that comprises transforming the omeprazole into a potassium salt in the form of a solvate or a mixture of these solvates in the presence of an excess of a mineral base defining a potassium source, said potassium salts being in the form of conglomerates, and splitting said conglomerates independently or simultaneously by preferable crystallisation for separating the two enantiomers (S) and (R) of the potassium salts from the omeprazole.
La présente invention concerne le dédoublement par cristallisation préférentielle de sels de potassium de l'Oméprazole racémique solvate d'éthanol et /ou d' éthylèneglycol consistant à transformer l'Oméprazole en sel de potassium sous forme d'un solvate ou d'un mélange de ces solvates, en présence d'un excès de base minérale source de potassium, lesdits sels de potassium se présentant sous la forme de conglomérats puis à dédoubler lesdits conglomérats indépendamment ou simultanément par cristallisation préférentielle pour séparer les deux énantiomères (S) et (R) de ces sels de potassium de l'Oméprazole.
