The invention relates to a method for stabilising a metastable soluble anhydrite III, to a method for producing a hydraulic binder based thereon, to the thus obtainable hydraulic binder, to a method for the use thereof in the cement industry and to an industrial plant for carrying out the inventive method. The method consists in stabilising a metastable soluble anhydrite III by mechanically stressing the particles thereof in such a way the crystal structure of the particles is modified and the metastable phase thereof is stabilised. Said invention makes it possible to stabilise the metastable soluble anhydrite III particles without using current steps for heating and quenching said particles.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour stabiliser de l'anhydrite III soluble métastable ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation d'un liant hydraulique à base d'anhydrite III soluble stabilisé. Elle a également pour objet le liant hydraulique obtenu ainsi que l'utilisation de ce liant hydraulique dans l'industrie cimentaire. Elle a encore pour objet une installation industrielle permettant la mise en oeuvre d'un tel procédé. Selon l'invention, on stabilise de l'anhydrite III soluble métastable, en appliquant une contrainte mécanique sur les particules d'anhydrite III soluble métastable de manière à modifier leur structure cristalline et stabiliser leur phase métastable. L'objectif de la présente invention est de stabiliser des particules d'anhydrite III soluble métastable, sans avoir recours aux étapes habituelles de chauffage suivi d'une trempe desdites particules.
