The invention concerns the use, for increasing the life span of moulds made of silicone elastomer crosslinking by polyaddition or polycondensation reaction, of an additive capable of stabilising the silicone elastomer whereof the mould is constituted with respect to materials to be moulded, said additive corresponding the following formula (1) wherein R<1> and R<2> are linear or branched alkyl radicals or cycloaliphatic radicals having 1 to 40 carbon atoms. Preferably, said additive is methyl laurylthiopropionate: C12H25-S-CH2-CH2-CO-O-CH3. The invention also concerns the corresponding silicone compositions and the resulting moulds.
L'invention a trait à l'utilisation, pour augmenter la longévité des moules réalisés en élastomère silicone réticulant par réaction de polyaddition ou de polycondensation, d'additif capable de stabiliser l'élastomère silicone constituant le moule vis-à-vis des matièresà mouler, cet additif répondant à la formule (1) dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont des radicaux alkyles linéaires ou ramifiés ou des radicaux cycloaliphatiques ayant de 1 à 40 atomes de carbone. Il s'agit de préférence du laurylthiopropionate de méthyle LTPMe: C12H25-S-CH2-CH2-CO-O-CH3. L'invention concerne aussi les compositions silicone correspondantes ainsi que les moules obtenus.
