The method is characterized by allowing a reduced coenzyme Q10 to coexist with a reduced coenzyme Q9 and/or a reduced coenzyme Q11. The composition comprises a reduced coenzyme Q10 and a reduced coenzyme Q9 and/or a reduced coenzyme Q11.
