The invention relates to a continuous steam generator (1) provided with an evaporator throughflow heating surface (8) which is disposed in a heating gas channel (6) which can be cross flown in an approximately vertical manner in a heating gas device (x), said evaporator throughflow heating surface comprising a plurality of parallel connected steam generating pipes (12) enabling a flow medium (W) to flow through, and an overheating heating surface (20) which is arranged downstream from the evaporator throughflow heating surface (8) comprising a plurality of parallel connected overheating pipes (22) enabling the evaporated flow medium (W) to flow through, also enabling production and operational costs to be reduced and enabling the temperature (T) of the steam (D) on the outlet (24) of the overheating heating surface(20) to be controlled in a comparatively simple and flexible manner. The steam end-point of the flow medium (W) is displaced to the overheating pipe (22), if required. The continuous heating surfaces (8) and the overheating heating surfaces (20) are combined to form one functional unit such that the overheating heating surface can be used as a steam heating surface (20) in a continuous steam generator (1) which is particularly suitable for carrying out said method.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production de vapeur en continu (1) comprenant: une surface de chauffage continu d'évaporation (8) disposée dans un canal à gaz chauffant (6) qui peut être parcouru dans une direction de gaz chauffant (x) approximativement horizontale, ladite surface de chauffage continu d'évaporation comprenant un certain nombre de tubes de production de vapeur (12) connectés en parallèle pour être parcourus par un flux de substance (W); et une surface de surchauffe (20) connectée en aval de la surface de chauffage continu d'évaporation (8), ladite surface de surchauffe comprenant un certain nombre de tubes de surchauffe (22) connectés en parallèle pour être parcourus par le flux de substance (W) sous forme de vapeur. L'invention a pour objet de permettre, avec des frais de réalisation et de fonctionnement peu élevés, une régulation simple et flexible par rapport à l'état de la technique, de la température (T) de la vapeur (D) à la sortie (24) de la surface de surchauffe (20). A cet effet, le point final de vaporisation du flux de substance (W) est au besoin déplacé dans le tube de surchauffe (22). Selon l'invention, dans un dispositif de production de vapeur en continu (1) particulièrement approprié à la mise en oeuvre du procédé, la surface de chauffage continu (8) et la surface de surchauffe (20) sont rassemblées en une unité fonctionnelle de sorte que la surface de surchauffe (20) peut servir de surface chauffante d'évaporation.
