The invention relates to a method for coating a steel strip comprising, in % by weight, C: <= 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: <= 10 %, Ni: <= 10 %, Cr: <= 10 %, Si: <= 8 %, Cu: <= 3 %, Nb: <= 0,6 %, Ti: <= 0,3 %, V: <= 0,3 %, P: <= 0,1 %, B: <= 0,01 %, the rest being iron and unavoidable impurities. The aim of said invention is to develop a method for coating also steel strips, which are not sufficiently coatable up to now, by means of a metal coating exhibiting an excellent corrosion-resistance and good welding characteristics. For this purpose, an aluminium layer is applied to the steel strip prior to a final annealing and a metal layer is applied to said aluminium layer thereafter. A steel strip or sheet formed by means of the inventive method is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir des rubans d'acier comprenant, en % en poids, les composants suivants : C : = 1,6 %, Mn : 6 - 30 %, Al : = 10 %, Ni : = 10 %, Cr : = 10 %, Si : = 8 %, Cu : = 3 %, Nb : = 0,6 %, Ti : = 0,3 %, V : = 0,3 %, P : = 0,1 %, B : = 0,01 %, le reste étant constitué de fer et d'impuretés qui sont inévitables. L'objectif de cette invention est de créer un procédé permettant de revêtir également les rubans d'acier qui, jusqu'à présent, ne pouvaient être revêtus que de manière insuffisante, au moyen d'un revêtement métallique garantissant une excellente résistance à la corrosion et de bonnes propriétés de soudage. A cet effet, une couche d'aluminium est appliquée sur le ruban d'acier avant l'étape de recuit finale, le revêtement métallique étant appliqué sur cette couche d'aluminium après l'étape de recuit finale. La présente invention se rapporte en outre à un ruban ou une tôle d'acier formé(e) au moyen dudit procédé.
