A method is described for supplying maintenance and operational support services from a service centre for a plurality of industrial cleaning processes or machines at remote sites and/or operated by different organisations. A local unit is provided at each process or machine, which is programmed to forward process/machine information with a process/machine identification to the service centre. At the service centre a service centre computer with a database containing contact information with corresponding process/machine identifications, obtains maintenance information from the process/machine information, wherein the process/machine identification is used by the service centre computer to forward the maintenance information to the corresponding contact. In a system for monitoring a plurality of industrial cleaning processes or machines, each machine uses a local unit with a plurality of sensors for sensing operating parameters of the process or machine.
Procédé pour fournir à partir d'un centre de services des services de maintenance et de soutien opérationnel à plusieurs processus ou machines de nettoyage industriel se trouvant à des sites distants et/ou utilisés par des organisations différentes. Une unité locale est installée auprès de chaque processus ou machine; elle est programmée pour acheminer les informations relatives aux processus / machines, avec une identification de processus / machines, au centre de services. Au centre de services un ordinateur avec une base de données contenant des informations de contact avec des identifications de processus / machines c correspondantes, obtient des informations d'identification à partir des informations relatives aux processus / machines; l'identification des processus / machines est utilisée par l'ordinateur du centre de services pour acheminer les informations de maintenance aux contacts correspondants. Dans un système de surveillance de plusieurs processus ou machines de nettoyage industriel, chaque machine utilise une unité locale avec plusieurs capteurs pour capter les paramètres relatifs du processus ou de la machine.
