The invention relates to a method for supporting a handover of a user equipment (15) from a first radio access network (11) to a second radio access network (13). In order to ensure the success of the handover, it is proposed that a core network stores at least for some user equipment (15) a list identifying all radio access networks, (11, 13) to which the respective user equipment (15) is allowed to be handed over. The core network can then transmit the information stored for a specific user equipment (15) to the first radio access network (11) (step c), so the first radio access network (11) can determine reliably before carrying out a handover by which other radio access network (13) a handover will be accepted. The invention equally relates to a core network, a network element of a core network and a network element of a radio access network that are designed for carrying out the proposed method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour assurer un transfert d'un équipement d'utilisateur (15) d'un premier réseau d'accès radio (11) à un second réseau d'accès radio (13). Afin d'assurer le succès du transfert, un coeur de réseau enregistre au moins pour un certain équipement d'utilisateur (15) une liste qui permet d'identifier tous les réseaux d'accès radio (11, 13) sur lesquels l'équipement d'utilisateur (15) respectif peut être transféré. Le coeur de réseau peut ensuite transmettre les informations enregistrées pour un équipement d'utilisateur (15) spécifique au premier réseau d'accès radio (11) (étape c), de façon que le premier réseau d'accès radio (11) puisse déterminer de manière fiable, avant de mettre en oeuvre un transfert, par quel autre réseau d'accès radio (13) un transfert sera accepté. La présente invention concerne également un coeur de réseau, un élément de réseau d'un coeur de réseau et un élément de réseau d'un réseau d'accès radio qui sont conçus pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
