[PROBLEMS] To prevent the discoloration with time of a donepezil-containing skin adhesive preparation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An adhesive layer comprising an adhesive agent and donepezil is added with at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid or a metal salt or ester thereof, isoascorbic acid or a metal salt thereof, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or a metal salt thereof, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 3(2)-t-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole, 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol, pentaerythritol tetrakis[3-(3',5'-di-t-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate], (±)-.alpha.-tocopherol, (±)-.alpha.-tocopherol acetate, rutin, hypophosphorous acid, a metabisulfite metal salt and a hydroxymethanesulfinate metal salt.

[Problèmes] Prévenir la décoloration provoquée par le temps d'une préparation d'adhésif cutané contenant du donépézil. [Solutions] Une couche adhésive comprenant un agent adhésif et du donépézil est ajoutée à au moins un stabilisateur sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'acide ascorbique ou de sel ou d'ester métallique de celui-ci, d'acide isoascorbique ou de sel métallique de celui-ci, d'acide éthylènediaminetétracétique ou de sel métallique de celui-ci, de 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, de 3(2)-t-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole, de 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-méthylphénol, de pentaerythritol tétrakis[3-(3',5'-di-t-butyl-4'-hydroxyphényl)propionate], de (±)-.alpha.-tocophérol, de (±)-.alpha.-acétate de tocophérol, de rutine, d'acide hypophosphoreux, d'un sel métallique métabisulfite et de sel métallique hydroxyméthanesulfinate.
