ABSTRACT There is provided a method for film surface treatment which comprises mechanically wiping off a weak layer formed by additive bleeding on the plastics film surface. The treatment inexpensively improves the printability and adhesion of film in a stable manner without being affected by the varied properties of film to be treated and also without deterioration of the physical properties of the film.
