A method for suspending or re-suspending magnetically attractable particles is provided. Thereby at least a mixing vessel (10) is provided filled at least partially with a mixture (30) containing magnetically attractable particles (40) at least partially precipitated at the bottom (11) of the mixing vessel (10). An effective magnetic field acting at least in the front end area (3) of the mixing bar (1) is switched on by the magnetic field generating apparatus (4) while the mixing bar (1) is immersed in the mixture (30). Subsequently, the magnetic field is moved away from the bottom (11) of the mixing vessel (10) along with the mixing bar, whereby the movement of the magnetic field along with the mixing bar is carried out such that at least a part of the magnetically attractable particles (40) is raised from the bottom (11) of the mixing vessel (10) and the portion of the particles sticking to the bar is minimized. The magnetic field is switched off in a predefined distance from the bottom which is greater than the distance from the bottom at the time when the magnetic field is switched on. Thereafter, repeated mixing movements of the mixing bar (1) are carried out until the magnetically attractable particles present in the mixture (30) are sufficiently suspended or re-suspended whereby a magnetic field which is switched on does not exist at the front end (3) of the mixing bar (1).
L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de mettre en suspension ou remettre en suspension des particules à attraction magnétique. Ainsi, au moins un récipient de mélange (10) est fourni, rempli au moins partiellement d'un mélange (30) contenant des particules à attraction magnétique (40) précipitées au moins partiellement au fond (11) du récipient de mélange (10). Un champ magnétique efficace agissant au moins dans la zone d'extrémité avant (3) de la barre de mélange (1) est activé par l'appareil de génération de champ magnétique (4), tandis que la barre de mélange (1) est immergée dans le mélange (30). Ultérieurement, le champ magnétique est éloigné du fond (11) du récipient de mélange (10) conjointement avec la barre de mélange, ce par quoi un mouvement du champ magnétique le long de la barre de mélange est réalisé, de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie des particules à attraction magnétique (40) est élevée du fond (11) du récipient de mélange (10) et la partie des particules collant à la barre est rendue minimale. Le champ magnétique est arrêté à une distance prédéfinie à partir du fond qui est supérieure à la distance à partir du fond au moment où le champ magnétique est activé. Ensuite, des mouvements de mélange répétés de la barre de mélange (1) sont réalisés jusqu'à ce que les particules à attraction magnétique présentes dans le mélange (30) soient suffisamment mises en suspension ou remises en suspension, ce par quoi un champ magnétique qui est activé n'existe pas à l'extrémité avant (3) de la barre de mélange (1).
