Tumor cells are taken out from cancer patients to which anticancer agents (E7070 and analogous compounds) have been administered and then the expression doses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured. Alternatively, tumor cells taken out from cancer patients are treated with anticancer agents and then the expression doses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured. In case where the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 3 are increased or the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 4 are decreased, the corresponding tumor cells are judged as being sensitive to the corresponding anticancer agent. Thus, the anticancer agent-sensitivity of tumor cells is tested.
Des cellules tumorales sont prélevées sur des patients cancéreux auxquels des agents anticancéreux (E7070 et des composés analogues) ont été administrés et les taux d'expression des gènes répertoriés dans les tables 3 et 4 sont mesurés. Autrement, les cellules tumorales prélevées sur des patients cancéreux peuvent être traitées avec des agents anticancéreux et les taux d'expression des gènes répertoriés dans les tables 3 et 4 sont mesurés. Au cas où les taux d'expression des gènes répertoriés dans le tableau 3 augmentent ou que les taux d'expression répertoriés dans le tableau 4 diminuent, les cellules tumorales correspondantes sont considérées comme étant sensibles à l'agent anticancéreux. Ainsi, la sensibilité à un agent anticancéreux des cellules tumorales est testé.
