The method for the aseptic processing of vessels according to the invention comprises the steps of submitting the vessels (1) maintained upside down in a station to a thermal processing with steam at a temperature of 140°C for 22 to 20 seconds, and submitting the vessels in a station (8) to a disinfecting mixture containing peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and water at a maximum temperature of 60°C.
Le procédé de traitement aseptique de récipients selon l'invention comporte les étapes de soumettre les récipients (1) maintenus à l'envers à un poste (2) à un traitement thermique avec de la vapeur à 140°C pendant 2 à 20 secondes puis de soumettre les récipients à un poste (8) à un mélange désinfectant comprenant de l'acide péracétique, du peroxyde d'hydrogène, de l'acide acétique et de l'eau porté à une température maximale de 60°C.
