The invention relates to a method for automatically profiling ground in waters, in particular in a gravel pit by means of a floating conveying device. The inventive method consists in producing a base map on the basis a water surface map, scanning the water surface by means of appropriate devices in order to determine a bottom profile, the position and direction of said conveying device, cyclically updating the real depth of the water body and in comparing said real depth with a specified depth profile. According to said invention, predefined parameters measured near the extraction unit of the conveying device during digging layers are transmitted to a control system and the position of the conveying device is modified in the case of difference with parameters.
L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage automatique de profils de terrain dans des plans d'eau, notamment au niveau d'une gravière à creuser, au moyen d'appareils de transport flottants. Ledit procédé consiste à produire une carte de base à partir d'une carte de surface de plan d'eau, à balayer le plan d'eau au moyen de dispositifs adaptés afin de déterminer un profil de fond, à déterminer la position et la direction de l'appareil de transport, et à effectuer une mise à jour cyclique de la profondeur réelle du plan d'eau et une comparaison avec un profil de profondeur de consigne. Selon l'invention, des paramètres prédéfinissables sont mesurés à proximité de l'organe d'extraction de l'appareil de transport au cours d'un processus de creusement par couches, et acheminés vers un système de commande, et une modification de position de l'appareil de transport est effectuée en cas d'écarts par rapport aux paramètres.
