Method for the bacterial investigation of a biological sample, which provides to carry out a light scattering reading in order to determine the turbidity according to the McFarland standard of a suspension formed from a liquid culture means or eugonic medium in which the biological sample is inoculated, and in which the turbidity is continuously measured directly from the suspension of the sample analyzed during the growth step of the bacteria, until a determined threshold of turbidity is reached expressed according to the McFarland standard.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de recherche de bactéries dans un échantillon biologique consistant à effectuer une mesure de la diffusion de la lumière afin de déterminer la turbidité selon la norme McFarland d'une suspension formée à partir d'un moyen de culture liquide ou d'un milieu eugonique dans lequel l'échantillon biologique a été inoculé, et dans lequel la turbidité est mesurée en continu directement à partir de la suspension de l'échantillon analysé durant l'étape de croissance des bactéries, jusqu'à ce qu'un seuil de turbidité déterminé soit atteint, exprimé selon la norme McFarland.
