The invention relates to a method for the calibration and/or management of an exhaust line of a motor vehicle comprising a particle filter (X), said method comprising an initial step of measuring, over a representative population of the filter, the increase in the loss of load generated by a limited load of soot particles present in a filter, that is the threshold for the triggering of a filter regeneration phase; a step of measuring, in the absence of soot particles, the loss of specific load of the filter (X); and a step of determining, on the basis of the values obtained in steps a) and b), a limited value for the loss of load, that is the threshold for the triggering of a regeneration phase. The invention also relates to a system for managing an exhaust line comprising means for implementing said method.
L invention se rapporte à un procédé de calibrage et/ou de gestion d une ligne d échappement d un véhicule à moteur comprenant un filtre à particules(X), ledit procédé comprenant une étape initiale, sur une population représentative dudit filtre, de mesure de l augmentation de la perte de charge engendrée par un chargement limite en particules de suies présentes dans un filtre, seuil de déclenchement d une phase de régénération du filtre, une étape de mesure,en l absence de particules de suies, de la perte de charge spécifique dudit filtre(X)et une étape de détermination, sur la base des valeurs obtenues par les étapes a) et b), d une valeur limite de perte de charge, seuil de déclenchement d une phase de régénération. L invention se rapporte en outre à un système de gestion d une ligne d échappement intégrant des moyens de mise en oeuvre du procédé.
