The invention relates to a method for the algorithmic search for and production of biologically active chemical compounds. Said method comprises the following steps: (1) producing an algorithmic library of different multicomponent reactions; starting from a library of suitable and diverse types of chemical starting compounds; (2) biologically testing said library; (3) identifying suitable multicomponent reactions from this range of suitable reactions; (4) choosing a multitude of chemical starting substances of those types that are required for the identified and suitable multicomponent reactions; (5) finding optimum combinations from said constructed chemical range of suitable multicomponent reactions by (6) algorithmically producing and biologically testing compounds of said library. The inventive method is exemplified by way of the example of finding new antibiotically active polyketoidous compounds.
L'invention concerne un procédé de recherche algorithmique et de production de composés chimiques biologiquement actifs. Ce procédé comprend plusieurs étapes : (1) création d'une bibliothèque algorithmique de différentes réactions de plusieurs composants, à partir d'une bibliothèque de divers types appropriés de produits chimiques de départ ; (2) essai biologique de cette bibliothèque ; (3) identification de réactions appropriées de plusieurs composants dans cet éventail de réactions possibles ; (4) sélection d'une pluralité de produits chimiques de départ des types nécessaires pour les réactions identifiées et appropriées de plusieurs composants ; (5) recherche de combinaisons optimales dans cet éventail chimique, ainsi créé, de ces réactions appropriées de plusieurs composants, par l'intermédiaire de (6) la production, au moyen d'un algorithme, et l'essai biologique de composés de cette bibliothèque. L'exemple de la recherche de nouveaux composés de type polycétoïde à effet antibiotique est choisi pour expliquer ce procédé.
