The invention relates to a method for the continuous preparation of a catalytic system that can be used for the polymerisation of at least one conjugated diene monomer, said catalytic system being based on at least: a conjugated preformation diene; a salt of one or more rare earth metal(s) of an organic phosphoric acid, said salt being in suspension in at least one saturated inert hydrocarbon solvent of the aliphatic or alicyclic type; an alkylation agent comprising an alkylaluminium having formula A1R3 or HA1R2; and a halogen donor comprising an alkylaluminium halide. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following successive steps in one line (L), namely: (i) a reaction between the conjugated preformation diene with the rare earth salt solution and the alkylation agent and the continued alkylation reaction for a minimum characteristic period of at least 5 minutes in an alkylation reactor (30) consisting of at least one well-mixed-type dynamic mixer, and (ii) the addition of the halogen donor to the mixture obtained in (i) in order to produce a reaction for the halogenation/ageing of the preformed catalytic system and continuous production of the preformed catalytic system at the output of the line (L).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation en continu d'un système catalytique utilisable pour la polymérisation d'au moins un monomère diène conjugué, ledit système catalytique étant à base d'au moins : - un diène conjugué de préformation, - un sel d'un ou plusieurs métaux de terre(s) rare(s) d'un acide phosphorique organique, ledit sel étant en suspension dans au moins un solvant hydrocarboné inerte et saturé de type aliphatique ou alicyclique, - un agent d'alkylation comprenant un alkylaluminium de formule A1R3 ou HA1R2, et - un donneur d'halogène comprenant un halogénure d'alkylaluminium, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend successivement dans une même ligne (L) : (i) une réaction entre le diène conjugué de préformation avec la solution du sel de terre(s) rare(s) et l'agent d'alkylation, et la conduite de la réaction d'alkylation pendant une durée caractéristique minimale d'au moins 5 minutes dans un réacteur d'alkylation (30) constitué par au moins un mélangeur dynamique de type parfaitement agité, (ii) un ajout au mélange obtenu en (i) dudit donneur d'halogène, pour la conduite d'une réaction d'halogénation-vieillissement du système catalytique préformé et l'obtention en continu dudit système catalytique préformé en sortie de ladite ligne (L).
