En vue de s'assurer pour un transporteur pneumatique à rotor avec coussinets de rotor tournants (7), qui sont remplis d'une matière de remplissage dans une zone à remplir (6) en direction (F), que l'air déplacé par la matière de remplissage puisse s'échapper autant que possible sans entrave vers l'extérieur, on place un joint d'étanchéité, ne fermant pas l'espace complètement, entre une plaque de scellement stationnaire (9) et un coussinet de rotor tournant (7) dans un agencement de plaque de scellement (9) le long duquel les coussinets de rotor (7) tournent, en garantissant la sortie de l'air par des couloirs périphériques (22) moulés dans la plaque de scellement (9).
