The method of the invention comprises the implementation of axenic conditions, with the utilisation of a liquid monophase culture medium. In order to obtain amastigote forms, said medium is buffered to a pH from 5.5 to 6.5 and has an osmolarity of at least 400 milli osmoles/kg, and in particular from 400 to 550 milli osmoles/kg of liquid. In order to obtain promastigote forms, said medium is buffered to a pH from 7 to 7.5 and has an osmolarity of at least 300 milli osmoles/kg of liquid. Said method provides for the adaptation in the culture $i(in vitro) of differents stages of tissue parasites such as leishmanies and $i(T. cruzi) or the hematoprotozoans.
Le procédé de l'invention comprend la mise en oeuvre de conditions axéniques, avec utilisation d'un milieu de culture monophasique liquide. Pour l'obtention de formes amastigotes, ce milieu est tamponné à un pH de 5,5 à 6,5 et présente une osmolarité d'au moins 400 milli osmoles/kg de liquide, et en particulier de 400 à 550 milli osmoles/kg de liquide. Pour l'obtention de formes promastigotes, ce milieu est tamponné à un pH de 7 à 7,5 et présente une osmolarité d'au moins 300 milli osmoles/kg de liquide. Ce procédé permet l' adaptation et la culture in vitro de différents stades de parasites tissulaires, tels que les leishmanies et T. cruzi ou encore les hématoprotozoaires.
