ABSTRACT A method for the detection of an antigen or antibody in a biological fluid to be tested, which comprises adding the biological fluid to wells of a test plate having adhered to a surface thereof a binding agent for the antigen or antibody, preferably discarding the biological fluid from the test plate after a predetermined time, and, after rinsing of the test plate, adding a particulate immobilized antigen or antibody to the wells. The detection method enables an easy detection of antigens and antibodies with high accuracy without requiring an inhibitor removal process.

Méthode de détection d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps dans un liquide biologique devant être testé. Cette méthode comporte l'ajout du liquide biologique sur les cupules d'une plaque de test après avoir fait adhérer à une surface un liant pour l'antigène ou l'anticorps, de préférence en enlevant le liquide biologique de la plaque de test après un laps de temps prédéterminé. Après avoir rincé la plaque de test, on ajoute un antigène ou un anticorps immobilisé particulaire sur les cupules. La présente méthode permet une détection facile et très précise d'antigènes et d'anticorps, sans recourir à un processus d'enlèvement d'inhibiteur.
