The invention relates to an oligonucleotide primer sequence for use in in vitro amplification, characterised in that said primer sequence is capable of creating a BstX I restriction site overlapping codon (12) and/or an Xcm I restriction site overlapping codon (13) or a Bce 83I restriction site overlapping codon (61) of the wild-type K-ras oncogene, methods of using said primer sequences for detecting activating mutations in codons (12 and/or 13 and/or 61) of the K-ras oncogene and kits for performing the methods.
L'invention concerne une séquence d'amorce d'oligonucléotides utilisée dans une amplification in vitro, caractérisée en ce que cette séquence d'amorce peut créer un site de restriction BstX I chevauchant le codon (12) et/ou un site de restriction Xcm I chevauchant le codon (13) ou un site de restriction Bce 83I chevauchant le codon (61) de l'oncogène K-ras de type sauvage, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation desdites séquences d'amorce pour détecter des mutations d'activation dans les codons (12 et/ou 13 et/ou 61) de l'oncogène K-ras, ainsi que des kits permettant de mettre en oeuvre les procédés.
