The present invention refers to a method for determining the activity of the organic cation transporter (OCT), a method for determining the activity of or identifying a chemical compound that modulates the activity of OCT with the help of a cell free electrophysiological sensor chip containing a solid- supported sensor electrode and a lipid layer containing the OCT located in the immediate spatial vicinity to the sensor electrode, whereas the sensor electrode is electrically insulated relative to the solutions used and to the lipid layer, as well as to the sensor chip itself and a kit containing same.
La présente invention concerne un procédé servant à déterminer l'activité du transporteur de cations organique (OCT), un procédé servant à déterminer l'activité de ou à identifier un composé chimique qui module l'activité de l'OCT au moyen d'une puce de capteur électrophysiologique sans cellule contenant une électrode de capteur maintenue solidement et une couche de lipides contenant l'OCT située à proximité spatiale immédiate de l'électrode de capteur, tandis que l'électrode de capteur est électriquement isolée par rapport aux solutions utilisées et à la couche de lipides, ainsi que la puce de capteur elle-même et un ensemble la contenant.
