Abstract An antibody for immunoassay, of which Fc portion is blocked by a blocking agent comprising at least an antigen-binding site of an immunoglobulin specifically bindable to the Fc portion, a reagent for immunoassay comprising said antibody, an immunoassay using said immunoassay reagent and a blocking agent for blocking Fc portion. It is possible to eliminate non-specific reactions by substances such as RF in immunoassay.
