The invention relates to a method for extruding a hollow profile or similar body, from a bar (24), introduced into a receiver drilling (22) of a housing (18) and fed into a forming cross-section of a forming tool (24) by means of a press stamp, whereby the bar material, along with the surface of the bar (24) is expanded into a chamber (78), preceding the forming tool (32), expanding transversely to the pressing direction (x) with a central inlet and the surface is split apart. A device with a receiver or housing and a moulding tool is used in the above, between which at least one discoid adapter tool (80), with an approximately central inlet (E), is arranged before the tool inlet side of the moulding tool, in the direction of pressing, with a chamber (78), widening in the pressing direction (x), within the cross-section of which, arm inserts (88) or similar elements forming flow reducers, extend across the pressing direction (x).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'extrusion d'un profilé creux ou d'un corps similaire à partir d'une barre (24) guidée dans un orifice (22) d'un élément de réception (18) et acheminée au moyen d'un piston de presse (16) à une section de formage d'un outil de formage (32). Selon ce procédé, la surface du matériau de la barre (24) subit une expansion dans une chambre (78) qui est située en amont de l'outil de formage (32), est dotée d'une entrée centrale, et dont la section s'élargit dans le sens d'extrusion (x), et ladite surface est arrachée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé, comprenant un récipient ou un élément de réception ainsi qu'un outil de formage, entre lesquels au moins un outil supplémentaire (80) en forme de disque, doté d'une entrée (E) sensiblement centrale, est monté en amont de l'outil de formage dans le sens d'extrusion, à partir du côté d'entrée de l'outil. Cet outil supplémentaire contient la chambre (78) s'élargissant dans le sens d'extrusion (x), dans la section de laquelle font saillie des bras (88) ou des éléments similaires formant des obstacles à l'écoulement, situés transversalement au sens d'extrusion (x).
