The invention relates to a high-tolerance biocompatible and bioregulatory dermic and/or cosmetic galenic base, containing, in the aqueous phase thereof, at least two polyols selected from the group consisting of osides, oses or reduction products of oses,characterized in that at least two of said polyols are selected from the group of reduction products of oses consisting of mannitol and xylitol; the invention also relates to a dermic and/or cosmetic galenic base characterized in that it also comprises a fatty phase comprising a substance selected from lipo-regulatory substances. The invention also relates to the use of polyols selected from the group of oisides, oses or reduction products of oses in the aqueous phase of a derminc and/or cosmetic base in order to improve the tolerance thereof and to optimize the active effects thereof and a cosmetic and/or dermo-cosmetic composition characterized in that it comprises a base according to the invention.
La présente invention concerne une base galénique dermique et/ou cosmétique biocompatible et biorégulatrice à très haute tolérance, contenant dans sa phase aqueuse, au moins deux polyols choisis chacun dans le groupe constitué par les osides, oses ou produits de réduction des oses et caractérisée en ce que au moins deux de ces polyols sont choisis dans le groupe des produits de réduction des oses constitué par le mannitol et le xylitol. ; elle conerne également une base galénique dermique et/ou cosmétique caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre une phase grasse comportant une substance choisie parmi les substances « lipo-régulatrices ». Elle concerne également l'utilisation de polyols choisis dans le groupe des osides, oses ou produits de réduction des oses dans la phase aqueuse d'une base galénique dermique et/ou cosmétique pour en améliorer la tolérance et optimiser les effets des actifs et une composition cosmétique et ou dermo-cosmétique caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprne une base selon l'invention.
