The invention relates to a method for assembling and/or starting machine units in installations, such as machine beds (1) and/or roll stands (2), e.g. in an existing production line of a hot-rolling mill. In order to minimize especially the downtimes during assembly, the machine bed (1) is prefabricated and the required or cooperating machine units are prefabricated and preassembled or assembled on site next to the production line (3), whereupon said machine units are inserted into the production line (3) as a complete structural unit including the bed block (1) and allocated driving members, control elements, fastening elements or similar, pipes and cables required for operation, and additional pieces of equipment.

L'invention concerne un procédé de montage et/ou de mise en service d'organes de machines dans des installations telles que des bancs de machines (1) et/ou des cages de laminoir (2), par exemple, dans une ligne de production existante d'une installation de laminage à chaud. Dans le but notamment de minimiser les temps d'arrêt, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que la préfabrication du banc de machine (1), ainsi que la préfabrication et le prémontage, ou le montage des organes de machines requis ou coopérants s'effectuent à proximité de la ligne de production (3), après quoi ces organes de machine sont insérés sous forme de module de construction complet, y compris ceux du bloc du banc (1) et les organes de commande, éléments de contrôle, éléments de fixation ou analogues associés, et les tubages et câblages requis pour le fonctionnement, ainsi que d'autres éléments d'équipement dans la ligne de production (3).
