In a method for the production of a solar cell (11), a flat aluminum layer is applied to the rear (22) of a solar cell substrate (13). The aluminum is alloyed into the silicon substrate by the effect of the temperature and forms an aluminum BSF (24). The remaining aluminum that has not been alloyed into the silicon is subsequently removed. The aluminum BSF (24) is transparent to light.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une cellule solaire (11) consistant à appliquer une couche d'aluminium plane sur le côté arrière (22) d'un substrat de cellule solaire (13). L'aluminium est allié au substrat de silicium sous l'effet de la température et forme un champ électrique arrière d'aluminium (24). Ensuite, l'aluminium restant ou non-allié au silicium est retiré.
