Abstract of the Disclosure: A complex film is formed on a steel sheet by coating thereto an aqueous solution of ammonium phosphate, ammonium molybdate, nickel aceptate, etc., heating the same and further coating a lubrication oil containing an animal or vegetable oil or fat or a mineral oil with a high molecular compound and a higher fatty acid, whereby a steel sheet showing excellent lubricity in ironing is given. The effect can be improved by adding cobalt, nickel, chrome salts to the aqueous solutions.
