A method for the production of zinc ammonium chloride complex salts for use as galvanizing fluxes by heating waste materials captured from industrial processes containing zinc in a reducing atmosphere, leaching the resultant captured waste materials in an ammonium chloride solution resulting in a first product solution and first undissolved materials, adding zinc metal to the first product solution resulting in a second product solution and second undissolved materials, and adding additional ammonium chloride and/or hydrochloric acid to the second product solution resulting in the production of zinc ammonium chloride complex salts for use as galvanizing fluxes.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production de sels complexes de chlorure de zinc ammoniacal utiles en tant que fondants de galvanisation. Ce procédé consiste à chauffer des déchets provenant de traitements industriels contenant du zinc dans une atmosphère réductrice, à lixivier les déchets capturés obtenus dans une solution de chlorure d'ammonium ce qui nous donne une première solution et des premiers matériaux non dissous, à ajouter du métal de zinc à la première solution ce qui nous donne une seconde solution et des seconds matériaux non dissous et à ajouter du chlorure d'ammonium supplémentaire et/ou de l'acide hydrochlorique à la seconde solution ce qui nous donne des sels complexeS de chlorure de zinc ammoniacal utiles en tant que fondants de galvanisation.
