A method for the manufacture of the reinforcement structure of the tire in standard production process in which a carcass ply cord is oriented. to follow the direction of real forces in the tire (1), rolling on the road (2) where each surface point of the tire follows the cycloid curve (3). This is to withstand a stress an the each point when it is accelerated from zero velocity while touching the road (4), to double velocity of the vehicle, while at the top of the tire (wheel) (5), and a stress when it is decelerated back to the zero (6). The strength and density of the ply cord has to meet requirements to withstand a stress which repeats with every turn of the wheel and increases by square of the real velocity. Former designs meet tension forces only in a stationary rotating tires. Forces of the real rolling movement and accelerations on the cycloid path are until now ignored. This neglect causes structural faults of the tire, among other (production) reasons. For better appreciation of the invention significance, let us consider a tire of a jet landing by 300mph having all surface paints accelerated from zero - when touching the runway - to 600mph plus, when on the top of the wheel, then decelerating back to zero. This repeats by each turn of the wheel. The accelerating stress is combined with the load pressure. This invention provides means to withstand this stress.
