The subject of the invention is a method for the non-destructive testing of a test specimen 100 by means of ultrasound, which comprises the following process steps: a. Insonification of directed ultrasonic pulses into the test specimen 100 at an insonification angle .beta., wherein the insonification angle .beta. is adjusted electronically, b. Recording echo signals that result from the ultrasonic pulses insonified into the test specimen 100, c. Calculation of an ERS value of a flaw 102 in the volume of the test specimen from echo signals that can be assigned to the flaw 102 for a plurality of insonification angles .beta., and d. Generation of a graphic representation of the flaw 102, from which the dependence of the calculated ERS values of the flaw on the insonification value .beta. can be read off at least qualitatively. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device that is suitable for carrying out the method.
L'objet de l'invention concerne un procédé pour le contrôle non destructif d'un échantillon 100 par ultrasons, lequel comporte les étapes suivantes : a. envoi d'impulsions d'ultrasons ciblées dans l'échantillon d'essai 100 sous un angle d'incidence ß, l'angle d'incidence ß étant réglé électroniquement, b. détection de signaux d'échos qui résultent des impulsions d'ultrasons envoyées dans l'échantillon d'essai 100, c. calcul d'une valeur ERS d'un défaut 102 dans le volume de l'échantillon d'essai à partir des signaux d'échos qui peuvent être attribués au défaut 102, pour une multiplicité d'angles d'incidence ß, et d. production d'une représentation graphique du défaut 102 à partir de laquelle la dépendance entre les valeurs ERS calculées du défaut et l'angle d'incidence ß peut être visualisée au moins qualitativement. En outre, l'invention concerne un dispositif qui est approprié pour la réalisation du procédé.
