The present invention is directed to a method for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition having osteoclast formation inhibiting or suppressing activity, characterized in that, as the active agent, a compound of the formula (I) is used, in which formula Q1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, amino -NH2, or -OR', wherein R' is C1-C4-alkyl or acyl, Q2 is straight or branched alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl, or a corresponding unsaturated group optionally substituted at the hydroxy or amino group, or a unsubstituted or substituted, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl, which can be bound to the methylene carbon over a straight or branched alkylene group, or is the group (a) wherein Y is a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group, or a carbocyclic aromatic group, X is a bond, O, S or NR3, wherein R3 is hydrogen or a protecting group, especially lower alkyl, acyl, aryl or arylalkyl, and n is an integer 0 to 6, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl, or it is halogen, and the groups R1 to R4 are the same or different, and mean an alkyl group with 1 - 5 carbon atoms, whereby one or two of the groups R1 to R4 can also mean hydrogen, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une composition pharmaceutique présentant une formation ostéoclaste inhibant ou supprimant l'activité caractérisée par le fait que comme agent actif un composant de la formule [insérer ici la formule chimique (I) est utilisé, dans cette formule Q1 représente hydrogène, hydroxyl, halogène, amino -NH2, ou -OR', dans laquelle R' représente C1-C4-alkyl ou acyl, Q2 est direct ou ramifié alkyl, hydroxyalkyl ou aminoalkyl ou encore un groupe non saturé correspondant éventuellement substitué au groupe hydroxy ou amino ou un cycloalkyle saturé ou non saturé, substitué ou non substitué, qui peut être lié au carbone méthylène sur un groupe alkylène direct ou ramifié ou est le groupe (a) dans lequel Y représente un groupe hétérocyclique saturé ou non saturé ou un groupe aromatique carbocyclique, X est une liaison, O, S ou NR3, où R3 représente hydrogène ou un groupe de protection, en particulier un alkyle, acyle, aryle ou arylalkyle inférieur et n est un nombre entier compris entre 0 et 6, R1 et R2 sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène ou C1-C4-alkyle ou halogène et les groupes R1 à R4 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un groupe alkyle doté de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, par lesquels un ou deux des groupes R1 à R4 peuvent également représenter hydrogène ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de ceux-ci.
