The invention concerns a method for preparing an azoiminoether hydrochloride which consists in reacting an azonitrile with an alcohol and hydrochloric acid in an aromatic solvent, wherein the molar ratio R = HCl/azonitrile is > 2 when the alcohol is methanol and > 3 when the alcohol is ethanol or a higher alcohol. The invention also concerns a method for preparing an azocarboxylic acid ester which consists in the synthesis of an azoiminoether hydrochloride by the inventive method and, hydrolysis in the presence of the resulting azoiminoether hydrochloride. Said methods enable to obtain liquid composition of azocarboxylic acid esters. The invention further concerns mixed azoiminoether salts of formula (II'). The invention also concerns mixed azoiminocarboxylic acid esters corresponding to the formula (III').
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un chlorhydrate d'azoiminoéther comprenant la réaction d'un azonitrile avec un alcool et de l'acide chlorhydrique dans un solvant aromatique, dans lequel le rapport molaire R = HC1/azonitrile est > 2 lorsque l'alcool est le méthanol et > 3 lorsque l'alcool est l'éthanol ou un alcool supérieur. L'invention a aussi pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un ester d'acide azocarboxylique comprenant la synthèse d'un chlorhydrate d'azoiminoéther par le procédé selon l'invention, et l'hydrolyse en présence d'eau du chlorhydrate d'azoiminoéther ainsi obtenu. Les procédés de l'invention permettent l'obtention de composition liquide d'esters d'acides azocarboxyliques. Ces esters peuvent être convertis en initiateurs de polymérisation, ou en dérivés azoguanyl. L'invention a encore pour objet des sels d'azoiminoéthers mixtes de formule (II'). L'invention a aussi pour objet les esters d'acides azocarboxyliques mixtes répondant à la formule (III').
