A novel method is disclosed for the preparation of oil-in-water emulsions suitable for cosmetic or topical dermatological products. The method comprises the step of mixing at least one cosmetically active ingredient with an aqueous emulsion of washed vegetable oil bodies (oleosomes) and the temperature of the products does never exceed about 40~C during the steps of the method.

La présente invention a trait à un nouveau procédé de préparation d'émulsions huile dans eau appropriées pour des produits cosmétiques ou dermatologiques d'application topique. Le procédé comprend l'étape de mélange d'au moins un principe cosmétiquement actif avec une émulsion aqueuse d'éléments d'huile végétale lavés (des oléosomes) et la température de ces produits ne dépasse jamais 40 ·C lors des étapes du procédé.
