A conjugate comprising a dye-labeled microporous crystal, a stop-cock moiety, and covalently bound thereto an affinity binding agent is disclosed. The dye- labeled microporous crystal is a zeolite crystal, such as a zeolite L crystal, having a large number of channels in its interior into which the dye is loaded. The stop-cock moiety can be functionalized with an amino group to which a carboxyester group can be attached. The affinity binding agent allows for the binding to a biological moiety. The conjugate of the moiety can be used in in-vivo and/or in-vitro imaging applications.

Divulgation d'un conjugué comprenant un cristal microporeux marqué avec un colorant, une entité d'arrêt et, lié de manière covalente à celle-ci, un agent d'affinité de liaison. Le cristal microporeux marqué avec un colorant est un cristal de zéolite, comme une zéolite L, comportant un grand nombre de canaux internes dans lesquels le colorant est chargé. L'entité d'arrêt peut comporter une fonction amine à laquelle un groupe carboxyester peut être lié. L'agent d'affinité de liaison permet la liaison à une entité biologique. Ce conjugué peut être utilisé pour des applications d'imagerie in vivo et/ou in vitro.
