P R E C I S De nouveaux dérivés hétérocycliques de formule I: Image I dans laquelle un des symboles Y et Z est -CH-, l'autre étant un atome d'azote; A est une chaîne hydrocarbonée saturée linéaire ou ramifiée de C2 à C6; X est chlore, hydroxy alcoxy, ou alkylthio chacun de C1 à C5; R est hydrogène ou alkyle de C1 à C3 éventuellement substitué par un ou deux hydroxy; R' est halogène, alkyle ou alcoxy chacun de C1 à C3, et n est 0, 1 ou 2; leurs isomères optiquement actifs et leurs sels d'addition avec des acides ou des bases compatibles, sont préparés par réaction d'un dérivé chloré racémique ou optiquement actif de formule II: Image II avec un dérivé amine de formule III: Image III Les nouveaux dérivés de formule I, leurs isomères optiquement actifs et leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables sont utilisés en thérapeutique, notamment dans le traitement des troubles du système nerveux central.
