The invention relates to a method for producing a granulate with the electrolytes potassium chloride, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride required for the preparation of a dialysis fluid to be used in hemodialysis, and to which a desired amount of acetic acid is added. In order to obtain a good workable and flowable granulate, the salts used are initially crushed into grain sizes smaller than 0.5 mm and subsequently granulated to grain sizes ranging from 1 to 10 mm in a dry gaseous atmosphere, wherein a granulate pore volume greater than 25 vol. % is produced, whereupon acetic acid is sprayed on the granulate.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un granulat d'électrolytes chlorure de potassium, chlorure de calcium et chlorure de magnésium, nécessaires pour la préparation d'un liquide dialyseur pour l'hémolyse, auxquels on incorpore une quantité voulue d'acide acétique. En vue d'obtenir un granulat pouvant être traité et d'une bonne aptitude à l'écoulement, les sels utilisés sont tout d'abord broyés à une granulométrie inférieure à 0,5 mm, puis granulés, en atmosphère gazeuse sèche, à une granulométrie de 1-10 mm, tout en ménageant un volume de pores dans le granulat supérieur à 25 % (Vol.), l'acide acétique étant ensuite pulvérisé sur le granulat.
