The invention relates to a method for producing a hollow profile (6) that is provided with a terminal lid (7) and convexities (37), and a jack console (32) which is produced according to said method. The aim of the invention is to produce a convex hollow profile (6) comprising a lid (7) in a simple manner while creating a jack console (32) which is produced with little effort according to said method and ensures great mechanical load-bearing capacity. Said aim is achieved by inserting a cup-shaped lid (7) into the hollow profile (6) that is placed in a tool (1) deforming under high internal pressure. An axial die (8) is inserted into the lid (7) and the end of the hollow profile after closing the deforming tool (1) such that the edge of the lid (7) is radially pressed with the surrounding hollow profile (6), whereupon the hollow profile (6) is expanded by means of high internal pressure.
Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé creux (6), à évasements (37), pourvu d'un couvercle de fermeture (7) à une extrémité et console (32) de cric fabriquée selon ledit procédé. La présente invention a pour objet la fabrication simple d'un profilé creux (6) à évasement, pourvu d'un couvercle de fermeture (7), et la fabrication d'une console (32) de cric fabriquée selon ledit procédé, qui ne nécessite qu'un travail de production minime et qui garantit malgré tout une grande capacité de charge mécanique. A cet effet, un couvercle (7) en forme de godet est introduit dans le profilé creux (6), ledit profilé creux (6) étant installé dans un outil de formage (1) à haute pression interne. Une fois le profilé creux fermé, un poinçon axial (8) est introduit dans le couvercle (7) et dans l'extrémité du profilé creux de manière telle que le couvercle (7) est pressé radialement dans la zone du bord avec le profilé creux (6) qui l'entoure. Ensuite, le profilé creux (6) est élargi à l'aide de la haute pression interne.
