Disclosed is a method for producing a reflective, waterproof, steam-permeable membrane. Said method encompasses the following steps: a waterproof, steam- permeable membrane is provided; a carrier foil is provided; the membrane is applied to the carrier foil; a metallic surface is attached to the free surface of the membrane via a vacuum-steam process; a waterproof, steam- permeable covering layer is applied; the carrier foil is removed. Also disclosed is a reflective, waterproof, steam-permeable membrane comprising a metal coating that is provided with a continuous covering layer. The inventive membrane is characterized that at least 80 percent of the surface of the active metal coating are preserved on the membrane after three washing processes according to DIN EN ISO 6330:2000.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une membrane réfléchissante étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur d'eau. Ce procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent : à préparer une membrane étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur d'eau ; à préparer une feuille de support ; à appliquer la membrane sur la feuille de support ; à disposer une surface métallique sur la surface libre de la membrane, au moyen d'un procédé d'évaporation sous vide ; à disposer une couche de recouvrement étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur ; à supprimer la feuille de support. La membrane réfléchissante étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur selon l'invention comporte un revêtement métallique qui comprend une couche de recouvrement continue. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'il subsiste encore au moins 80 % de la surface du revêtement métallique actif après 3 lavages de la membrane selon la norme DIN EN ISO 6330:2000.
