The invention relates to a method for producing an armor plating (14) on the tip of a blade (10) of a turbomachine, especially on a rotating high-pressure compressor blade of a gas turbine. Said method comprises the following steps: a) a blade (10) made of a basic nickel material is provided; b) a basic nickel solder is applied to a tip (13) of the blade (10); c) hard particles that are made of cubic boron nitride and are coated with titanium or a basic titanium material are applied to the solder; d) the solder is fused on in a vacuum so as to obtain a matrix which at least partly surrounds the hard particles; e) the armor plating (14) of the blade tip is fixed by means of a cooling process.

Procédé de fabrication d'un blindage (14) sur une aube (10) de turbomachine, en particulier sur une aube mobile de compresseur à haute pression d'une turbine à gaz. Ledit procédé consiste (a) à préparer une aube (10) constituée d'un matériau à base de nickel, (b) à appliquer un métal d'apport sur une pointe (13) de l'aube (10), le métal d'apport étant un métal d'apport à base de nickel, (c) à appliquer des particules de matière dure en nitrure de bore cubique sur le métal d'apport, les particules de matière dure en nitrure de bore cubique étant recouvertes de titane ou d'un matériau à base de titane, (d) à faire fondre le métal d'apport sous vide pour obtenir une matrice entourant au moins partiellement les particules de matière dure et (e) à fixer ce blindage (14) sur la pointe de l'aube par refroidissement.
