The invention relates to a method for producing pyroGlu-MCP-1 from recombinantly produced Gln-MCP-1. According to the inventive method, Gln-MCP-1 is incubated in a buffer solution having a salt concentration ranging between 10 mM and 160 mM and a pH value ranging between 2 and 7.5 at a temperature ranging between 30 ~C and 80 ~C until at least 90 percent of the MCP-1 are provided in the form of pyroGlu-MCP-1.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pyroGlu-MCP-1 à partir de Gln-MCP-1 de recombinaison, selon lequel on incube de la Gln-MCP-1 à une température comprise dans la plage 30 ·C-80 ·C, dans une solution tampon dont la concentration en sel est comprise dans la plage 10 mM à 160 mM et le pH est compris dans la plage 2 à 7,5, cela jusqu'à ce qu'au moins 90 % de la MCP-1 se présentent sous forme de pyroGlu-MCP-1.
