The invention relates to a method for producing cast molded parts from a copper alloy containing silicon, nickel, chromium and zirconium as well as intermetallic primary phases, a cast ingot being ironed by hot forming in only one direction at a ratio of at least 4 : 1, a casting surface, which comes into contact with a molten metal, of a cast molded part that is produced from the ironed cast ingot being selected essentially perpendicular to the ironing direction of the cast ingot. A cast molded part produced in this manner features high wear resistance and an increased service life, in particular when used as a block of a side dam of a twin-belt casting system.
Procédé de production d'éléments de moule de coulée en silicium, nickel, chrome et zirconium, ainsi qu'en alliage de cuivre renfermant des phases primaires intermétalliques, caractérisé en ce qu'un lingot est étiré par déformation à chaud, dans une seule direction, dans un rapport d'au moins 4 : 1, et en ce qu'une surface de coulée d'un élément de moule de coulée produit à partir du lingot étiré, venant en contact avec la masse métallique en fusion, est sélectionnée sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport à la direction d'étirage du lingot. Un élément de moule de coulée produit de cette façon est approprié, grâce à sa haute résistance à l'usure et à sa durée de service élevée, notamment pour l'utilisation comme bloc d'une fosse latérale d'une installation de coulée en double bande.
