The invention relates to a method for the direct production of fibres, films, beads, sponges and other moulded bodies from cellulose carbamate which can be obtained by converting cellulose with urea at a high temperature and directly dissolving the reaction product in a sodium hydroxide solution without the addition of a washing and cleaning operation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production directe de fibres, feuilles, perles, éponges et autres corps moulés à base de carbamate de cellulose, obtenu par mise en réaction de cellulose et d'urée sous haute température puis par dissolution directe du produit de la réaction dans la soude caustique sans opération de lavage et nettoyage supplémentaire.
